Yosuany Guerra is the creator and promoter of the program. Spanish for Everyone is the ultimate expression of his goals as educator.

He is a native Spanish speaker from Cuba, graduated as a Medical Doctor (MD) from the medical school in 1999. After 8 years of practice as an MD in his country, he decided to move to the USA. Adapting to a new life as an immigrant, he started working as a Montessori teacher assistant, and very soon he found many coincidences with Maria Montessori's life and fell in love with her philosophy. After a few years as a teacher's assistant, he entered training and was certified as a Montessori Lead Guide, focusing on Infants and Toddlers. Yosuany is also trained in the management and support of children with learning differences within a Montessori environment. In 2022, he graduated from CGMS as a Montessori Lead guide for kids from 3 to 6 years old. In 2025, he graduated with a double master's in Montessori Education and Special Education. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his kids. Also, he likes to cook and garden.
